Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund (minus a $ 400 USD processing fee), cancellations must be submitted by email to registration@techvision.com no later than the opening date of biopartnering.com. After biopartnering.com opens  the registration fees are nonrefundable; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge.

Please note:
Refunds and credits are not available for registrations processed and paid for prior to obtaining a discounted rate or complimentary registration. For questions, please contact Client Services before completing your registration.

Podium Presenters:
Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.

C21 BioVentures registration includes:

• Admittance to all presentations and sessions

• Conference handbook & CD*

*The handbook includes sponsor and presenting company profiles only. The CD includes profiles for all attending companies registered and paid before April 29, 2010.

Payment Information

You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Please note that as of Tuesday, March 3, 2009, payment for registration will be accepted by credit card only.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid delegate registrations after 28 days without notice to the customer. Delegates who wish to re-register may be subject to additional fees and/or ticket prices. We cannot guarantee Early Rate or other special admission tickets if they are unpaid after 28 days.

No admittance to the conference site or access to biopartnering.com is granted without payment. Payment is accepted onsite by credit card only with a $200 USD service fee.

Presenter Registration

Companies interested in presenting at the conference are asked to first submit an application to present. To apply, please complete the online application form. For assistance, please email Lila Taylor or call +1.831.464.4230 x137.

Press & Media Registration

Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary Press & Media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media delegates will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respected publications. Press & Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and access to biopartnering.com.
