Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund (minus a USD $400 + 5% GST processing fee), cancellations must be submitted by email to Client Services no later than 2 November 2009. After 2 November 2009, registration fees are nonrefundable; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge.
Please note: Refunds and credits are not available for registrations processed and paid for prior to obtaining a discounted rate or complimentary registration. For questions, please contact Client Services before completing your registration.
Exhibitors and Podium Presenters:
Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
Law Firm Policy
Legal firms and lawyers within those firms must be a sponsoring company to attend. If you are interested in sponsorship, please email Sponsor Sales or call +1.831.464.4230 x157.
A 2x3 meter (65 sq. ft.) semi-private meeting space gives your company a meeting booth with the opportunity to schedule meetings directly via the biopartnering.com meeting scheduler. After you have submitted General Delegate registration, email Client Services with your company name and which booth option you would like to purchase as meeting booths are sold separately. You will then be invoiced for your meeting booth.
One-day (Mon or Tues): CAD $1,300 + 5% GST*
Two-days (Mon & Tues): CAD $2,300 + 5% GST*

Government, academic and non-profit organizations may qualify for a special registration rate. For more information, please email Client Services.
Pharmaceutical companies may qualify for a special registration rate. In order to qualify, companies must have products on the market and a sales force actively selling those products. For more information, please email Client Services.

*The handbook includes sponsor, presenter, and exhibitor company profiles submitted by
18 December only. Profiles for all attending companies submitted by
26 January will be included in the conference PDF.
Payment Information
You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date. All credit card transactions are charged in USD using an officially accepted monthly exchange rate from HMRC/Bank of Canada, which will differ from the exchange rate used by credit card companies. When you choose to pay by credit card you accept these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid delegate registrations after 28
days without notice to the customer. Delegates who wish to re-register
may be subject to additional fees and/or ticket prices. We cannot
guarantee Early Bird or other discounted tickets if they are
unpaid after 28 days.
GST Reclamation
Most non-Canadian clients can recover the GST (Goods and Services Tax) charged on the registration invoice. Visit the Canada Revenue Agency website for details and appropriate forms to submit for a refund.
Presenter or Exhibitor Registration
Companies interested in presenting or exhibiting at the conference are asked to first submit an application. To apply to present, please complete the online application form. Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary Press & Media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media attendees will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respective publications. Press & Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and company profile information posted online.
