registerBioPartnering North America registration includes:

  • Pre-arranged one-to-one partnering meetings & 4 month access to biopartnering.com
  • Admittance to all presentations, workshops and sessions
  • Breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks and receptions
  • Conference handbook and CD

The handbook includes sponsor and presenting company profiles only. The CD includes profiles for all attending companies registered and paid before the handbook profile deadline.

All ticket prices are based in Canadian Dollars and are subject to 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). The US Dollar equivalent will be calculated based on a monthly exchange rate for attendees paying in US Dollars.

Payment/Invoice
You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is payable within 14 days of the invoice date. To guarantee the “Early Bird” registration rate (deadline January 2), payments must be received by January 30, 2009.

***NEW CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***
All cancellations must be submitted in writing; please email bpnreg@biopartnering.com if you are unable to attend. Cancellations received before November 3rd are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fee OR a 70% credit towards BioPartnering North America in 2010. Cancellations submitted after November 3rd will NOT be eligible for a refund of the registration fee (no exceptions) but are eligible for a 25% credit towards BioPartnering North America in 2010. Credits for BioPartnering North America may NOT be applied to another conference. Please see the User Agreement on the "Confirmation" page of the registration form and your e-confirmation for more information.


If you are personally unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Substitutions before November 3 may be made free of charge. For substitutions made after November 3, a CAD $300 plus 5% GST service fee will be applied to your replacement registration. The service fee is payable by credit card only and must be made at the time of registration.

Onsite Service Fee
Limited onsite registration is available and subject to a service fee of CAD $200. Payment for onsite registration is accepted by credit card only.
Presenter Registration

Pharmaceutical 2-for-1

Media Registration
Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media attendees will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respective publications. Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and company profile information posted online.
