Space is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A floor plan for the exhibition spaces will be posted to the website in April 2010. If you are interested in exhibiting, please download our Exhibition Space Request to fax in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell exhibition spaces without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason exhibition spaces are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
