A 13-minute Podium Presentation in a dedicated presentation room, will allow you the opportunity to introduce your company, highlight your partnering goals, key technologies and alliances, as well as highlight where you stand with product & clinical developments.

  • Access to the VIP presenter lounge for the duration of the conference
  • Two conference tickets for the duration of the conference
 


Dedicated Meeting Booth

booth1 Day Price: *$1,300 CAD + 5% GST
2 Day Price: *$2,300 CAD + 5% GST

A 2 metre x 3 metre semi-private meeting space gives your company a meeting booth with the opportunity to schedule meetings directly via the biopartnering.com meeting scheduler.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
