Cancelation and Refund Policy
Full payment is due within 14 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
