All ticket prices are based in GB Pounds and are subject to 17.5% VAT (Value Added Tax). The US Dollar equivalent will be calculated based on a monthly exchange rate for attendees paying in US Dollars.

Payment/Invoice
You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is payable within 14 days of the invoice date. To guarantee the “Early Bird” registration rate (deadline September 1), payments must be received by September 30, 2008.

VAT Reclamation
Most non-U.K. clients can recover the 17.5% VAT (Value Added Tax) charged on nearly all business expenses: on attendee fees, hotel bills, meals and most other costs. Be sure to keep your original invoices. VAT paid by U.S. and Canadian companies is fully refundable on a wide range of expenses. For information on VAT reclamation,

***NEW CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***
All cancellations must be submitted in writing; please email bpereg@biopartnering.com if you are unable to attend. Cancellations received before June 2nd are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fee OR a 70% credit towards BioPartnering Europe in 2009. Cancellations submitted after June 2nd will NOT be eligible for a refund of the registration fee (no exceptions) but are eligible for a 25% credit towards BioPartnering Europe in 2009. Credits for BioPartnering Europe may NOT be applied to another conference. Please see the User Agreement on the "Confirmation" page of the registration form and your e-confirmation for more information.

If you are personally unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Substitutions before June 2nd may be made be free of charge. For substitutions made after June 2nd, a USD $300 plus 17.5% VAT service fee will be applied to your replacement registration. The service fee is payable by credit card only and must be made at the time of registration.

Dedicated Meeting Space
2 x 3 meter meeting booth with the opportunity to schedule meetings directly to this semi-private booth via the biopartnering.com meeting scheduler.

Onsite Service Fee
Limited onsite registration is available and subject to a service fee of GBP £200. Payment for onsite registration is accepted by credit card only.
