Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund (minus a $400 USD + 15% VAT processing fee), cancellations must be submitted by email to Client Services no later than Monday, 3 August 2009. After 3 August 2009, registration fees are nonrefundable; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge.
Please note: Refunds and credits are not available for registrations processed and paid for prior to obtaining a discounted rate or complimentary registration. For questions, please contact Client Services before completing your registration.
Exhibitors and Podium Presenters:
Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell exhibition spaces and podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason exhibition space and podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
Law Firm Policy
Legal firms attending BPE or BPC must be a sponsor company. If you are interested in sponsorship, please email Sponsor Sales or call +1.831.464.4230 x157.
Special Admission Rate
Government, Academic and non-profit organizations may qualify for a special registration rate for BPE or BPE and BPC. For more information, please email Client Services.
Pharmaceutical 2-for-1
Pharmaceutical companies may be eligible for a special registration rate. In order to qualify, companies must have products on the market and a sales force actively selling those products. Please email Client Services for the complimentary registration code after purchasing a paying ticket (General Delegate Rate, First Delegate; BioPartnering China 2.0 Combo; or Dedicated Meeting Booth).
BPE and BPC Combo - 20% Discount off Full Rate of Both Events
Includes all of the below benefits for both BioPartnering Europe
(11-13 October) and BioPartnering China 2.0 (14 October) at a 20%
discount off of the full price of Early Bird registration to BPE and
registration to BPC. Once biopartnering.com has
opened on 3 August 2009 you will receive login details for each event,

Payment Information
You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Please note that as of
Wednesday, 2 September 2009, payment for registration will be accepted by
credit card only.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid delegate registrations after 28 days without notice to the customer. Delegates who wish to re-register may be subject to additional fees and/or ticket prices. We cannot guarantee Early Rate or other special admission tickets if they are unpaid after 28 days.
No admittance to the conference site or access to
biopartnering.com is granted without payment, which is accepted onsite by credit card only with a $200 USD service fee.
VAT Reclamation
Most non-U.K. clients can recover the 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) charged on nearly all business expenses: on delegate fees, hotel bills, meals and most other costs. Be sure to keep your original invoices. VAT paid by U.S. and Canadian companies is fully refundable on a wide range of expenses. For information on VAT reclamation, please visit HM Revenue & Customs.

Companies
interested in presenting or exhibiting at the conference are asked to first
submit an application. To apply to present, please complete the online application form. To request an

Press & Media Registration
Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary Press & Media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media delegates will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respected publications. Press & Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and company profile information posted online.
A Press Release table located just outside the press room will be available to delegates for displaying press releases during BPE and BPC for the duration of these conferences.
