All ticket prices are based in GB Pounds and are subject to 17.5% VAT (Value Added Tax). The US Dollar equivalent will be calculated based on a monthly exchange rate for attendees paying in US Dollars.

Payment/Invoice

Please note that as of Tuesday, September 2nd – payment for registration will be accepted by credit card only.

VAT Reclamation

Most non-U.K. clients can recover the 17.5% VAT (Value Added Tax) charged on nearly all business expenses: on attendee fees, hotel bills, meals and most other costs. Be sure to keep your original invoices. VAT paid by U.S. and Canadian companies is fully refundable on a wide range of expenses. UPDATED CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than the opening date of biopartnering.com by e-mailing registration@techvision.com to receive a refund, minus a processing fee of USD $300.00. After biopartnering.com has opened, the registration and presenter fees are non refundable; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge.

Onsite Service Fee

Limited onsite registration is available and subject to a service fee of GBP £200. Payment for onsite registration is accepted by credit card only.

Presenter Registration

Pharmaceutical 2-for-1

Media Registration

Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media attendees will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respected publications. Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and company profile information posted online.
