Government, Academic, non-profit organizations and emerging* biotech companies qualify for a special registration rate. You may submit registration at the discounted rate using the link above. Your registration will be processed if you meet the criteria. For more information, please email Client Services.
*An emerging biotech company is one that is 3-years old or less.
Dedicated Meeting Booth
A 2x3 metre (65 sq. ft.) semi-private meeting space gives your company a meeting booth with the opportunity to schedule meetings directly via the biopartnering.com meeting scheduler.
To add a Dedicated Meeting Booth to your registration, please contact Client Services. Delegate registration is not included in the price quoted below. Presenter or Exhibitor Registration
Companies interested in presenting or exhibiting at the conference are asked to first submit an application. To apply to present, please complete the online application form. To request an exhibition space, fill out the request form and fax it back to +1.831.515.5070.

Pharmaceutical 2-for-1
Pharmaceutical companies may be eligible for a special registration rate. In order to qualify, companies must have products on the market and a sales force actively selling those products. Please email Client Services for the complimentary registration code after purchasing a International Delegate paying ticket.
Press & Media Registration
Technology Vision Group LLC is happy to extend complimentary Press & Media tickets to syndicated journalists and press representatives with the understanding that media delegates will provide pre- and/or post-conference coverage in their respected publications. Press & Media ticket access includes entrance to all program sessions, presentations, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, coffee breaks, and company profile information posted online. Payment Information
You may submit payment online at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or request an invoice to be emailed with information on alternate methods of payment. The invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date. All Credit Card transactions are charged in USD using an officially accepted monthly exchange rate from HM Customs, which will differ from the exchange rates used by credit card companies. When you choose to pay by credit card you accept these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid delegate registrations after 28 days without notice to the customer. Delegates who wish to re-register may be subject to additional fees and/or ticket prices. We cannot guarantee Early Bird or other discounted tickets if they are unpaid after 28 days.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund (minus a USD $400 processing fee, plus 20% VAT), cancellations must be submitted by email to Client Services no later than the opening of biopartnering.com, August 10, 2011. After biopartnering.com opens on (date to be announced), registration fees are nonrefundable; however you may send a replacement at no cost.
Please note: Refunds and credits are not available for registrations processed and paid for prior to obtaining a discounted rate or complimentary registration. For questions, please contact Client Services before completing your registration.
Exhibitors and Podium Presenters: Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell exhibition spaces and podium presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason exhibition space and podium presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
If you cancel your Exhibition space but will still attend, you will have 48 business hours to reschedule all meetings scheduled to your space to one of the publicly available meeting spaces using the biopartnering.com reschedule feature. Any meetings that cannot be rescheduled will need to be cancelled. All meeting spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. After 48 hours, any remaining meetings in the booth will be cancelled.
