Exhibit Setup:
Sunday, 10 October 2010: 15:00 – 19:00
All exhibitors must be completely set up by Sunday, 10 October at 19:00

Exhibit Dismantle:
Tuesday, 12 October 2010: 17:00 – 19:00

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell exhibition spaces without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason exhibition spaces are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
